Place Is Personal guest release (v1-draft) Place Is Personal is a podcast and video show presented by ELA Map, a division of Spirit River Inc ("we"). Your voice and likeness from the recording; your astrocartography and Human Design chart, the lines and gates drawn from it, and the places you discuss, shown on the ELA Map; and your first name or the name you choose below. We may publish these in the episode, in short clips, thumbnails and show notes, on placeispersonal.com, YouTube, podcast apps, Substack and social media, now and later. 2. Your birth details. You give us your birth date, time and place so we can draw your chart. We keep them only in the show's ELA Map account, to make and show your map. We never publish your birth date, time or exact birthplace as text, and we never sell or share them. Spirit River Inc is responsible for this data. 3. Before publishing. You can withdraw this release at any time before your episode is published by writing to us; we then delete your chart and don't publish the episode. After publishing, the release stands, but we'll take down a clip on reasonable request. 4. What we don't promise. A map describes; it doesn't predict or decide. Nothing in the episode is medical, legal or financial advice. 5. No payment. You're not paid for appearing, and you don't pay us. You get your episode page, clips to share and a free ELA Map.
